The Southern Tier Independence Center has been serving the Southern Tier of New York for over 40 years. While many of STIC’s programs are targeted at those with disabilities, STIC’s navigator program serves all individuals. STIC’s navigator services, funded through a grant from the New York State Department of Health, are free to all who wish to utilize them. STIC does not receive a commission for enrollments nor is STIC affiliated with any insurance company.

Through the NY State of Health Marketplace, you can apply for: 

• Qualified Health Plans
• The Essential Plan
• Child Health Plus
• Medicaid

• Tioga
• Tompkins
